Unsure of engagement are there reasons to end it?

Okay so I got engaged last fall. We had planned our wedding for 2012 and lastest spring 2013. My fiance is still in school. He will finish next summer july hopefully. He just switched schools for his degree. Now he wants to push the wedding back to fall of 2013 and spring of 2014. I don't want to. I finished my degree almost two years ago. I am entering my masters this fall and will be done next year with it. Anytime I bring it up he says he doesn't care. I told him I want to look at wedding dresses and he says why. Lately he has just gotten on my last nerve. I ready to call this whole relationship off. At his bros bachelor party I just simply asked him to tell me he made it. He never did. And he gets upsets when I don't contact him.
