Good song to learn hand independence? Is Rondo Alla Turca easy?

I hear Rondo Alla Turca/Turkish March is actually quite easy to play on piano. Is this true? Is it a good song to learn hand independence on? I started a few days ago and have got Chopsticks down pretty fast and flawlessly, but I want to try something that will help break my hands up more. If not Rondo, that what else?
