Turkish people: why are there people here who claim that they are turkish when they are really not?

Some people seem to claim that they are turkish but the irony is that they are not? they just use google translate to translate questions in turkish and that makes them a turkish?. I ain't sayin that all people are just claiming since i do know that there is obviously true turkish people here but i just seems to me that most people just tend to claim that they are turkishwhen they r really not.
