Slept with sisters husband?

The night before my sisters wedding, I slept with her fianc� because my sister was busy with wedding planning. I feel super bad about it, but deep down I feel like i did it just to piss off my sister. He still decided to marry her the next day anyway. I will be living with regret and this huge secret my whole life. What do I do?
