I cant project my voice!!?

I'm doing a singing camp over the summer and in it i sing Elphabas (the green one) part in " what is this feeling " from "wicked" The problem is my voice is an alto 2 (almost tenor) and i can't sing elphabas part without going into my falsetto, and i dont want to kill my vocal chords because i have a concert on friday. please help!!
