I am focusing on different muscle groups throughout the week. Can someone give me a specific time for each day?

45 mins to an hour is good, but you don't HAVE to focus on one thing every time. Usually when I do weights I just focus on a general area. Legs and butt will go together. Arms and shoulders will go together. Chest and back will go together. I'll fit abs into every work-out since those are my biggest concern.
