What do you serve at a 2pm wedding reception?

I am getting Married at 2pm and the reception is at 3pm what do I serve? Is it okay to do a coffee bar and dessert buffet? or should I do appetizers? I only have $2,000 for the whole wedding so I have to be frugal.
