Going to turkey ... learn this?

going to turkey next week and want to learn some phases and words for going just because i find it quite a nice thing to do and if anyone has been what are the most important ones? I know like hello, yes,no, thankyou, goodbye oh yeah do you speak english...but are there any more that might be useful and do you know the word in turkish.
