Really bad sex, what should I do about it?

Long story short, I met a girl, i really like her, she's Turkish, 28 years old (i'm 21), and she was a virgin until the other day. I know that the "first time" can be a little rough because she has no experience, but it was so bad. i guess because of her religious values she is very conservative, but she wont do ANYTHING, i had to do all of the work. I tried to get her to do other stuff, but we basically skipped 2nd and 3rd base, we went from kissing to having sex, and even then, she just laid there...any advice besides dumping her?
