Weirdest guy I've ever had a crush on... could he like me?

Talks to me AT EVERY SINGLE opportunity, says my name all the time, stares at me all the time and makes funny faces, tries to make me laugh all the time, asks me for help in German even though he has a better grade (suspicious?), always starts conversations, remembers things about me and asks questions about me (for example, what I like to do, family, the country they're from and language they speak) completely out of the blue, so he obviously thinks about me sometimes. He told me to sign his yearbook in Turkish. He's really sweet but playfully teases me a LOTTTTT but I know it's just jokingly. Here's the weird part, He wouldn't try my German chocolate cake for our German class party and everyone else did and loved it! When I recommended it he said "No". One time, when I realized my hands were smaller than everyone else's in the class (It's true!) I compared them with everyone's hands but he refused to touch hands or even compare from far away! Isn't that weird? lol. I don't know. He said he loved my hair one time, I don't know why though lol. He's a weird kid, but again, he's really sweet and I think he knows it haha. He says everything in a weird way though, and does so many quirky things that are unexplained and I'm just confused. Could he possibly like me?
