Is it ok for a bride to put a picture of her in wedding dress?

I am getting married in november and my aunt wants me to have a picture of me in my wedding dress to put by the front doors of the church so when the guest show up they can see the picture and next to that picture will be a picture of us as a couple but I wouldn't be my dress wedding dress.My Question is do people do that I mean is it ok for people to see a picture of me in my wedding dress before the wedding starts or should I say before I make the big entrance
