Easy and free way to upload wedding pictures to be shared?

I only have experience viewing Picasa albums and I never have had any trouble. Not sure for this particular dad, but Facebook albums can also be shared with others. Once one has an account and creates the album, there is a link at the bottom that can be shared. We update our photo album and our parents can still open them and keep track of us because they have the link. Again, I do the same with a friend who shares his Picasa photos.
