What is that foreign song with a bald rapper (maybe Estonian Russian or something like that)?

i heard it recently on a turkish music channel on tv an have wanted to find out what its called.. the song is in a diiferent language then english has this bald white rapper in it and this girl who sings the chorus and its a really good song.. any one know??
