Can you help me find lace up the leg shoes that you are able to replace the laces?

I am looking for tie/lace up the leg shoes that you are able to replace the laces. I have had very little luck because they must be no more than 2 inches high. They also must be formal because my best friend will be wearing them in her wedding. She wants PISTACHIO colored shoes that lace up the leg. Since that is such a hard color to come by she figured it would be easier if she could change the laces in the shoe. If you have any ideas or KNOW of any places to look for this type of shoe, please let me know.
