What do you serve at a 2pm wedding reception?

I am getting Married at 2pm and the reception is at 3pm what do I serve? Is it okay to do a coffee bar and dessert buffet? or should I do appetizers? I only have $2,000 for the whole wedding so I have to be frugal.

Long story short, I met a girl, i really like her, she's Turkish, 28 years old (i'm 21), and she was a virgin until the other day. I wish to use either Australia Post or a courier company like TNT to send 2 bottles of Australian Wine (one red and one white) to friends in Istanbul Turkey. Is this possible? All I can find on the Turkish customs site is that you can bring two bottles in with you via the airport nothing about mail or courier.

Tell him your not getting married to him until he has gone at least a week with a patch on. My mom and dad smoke and I hate it but my mom put a patch on and now she's quit!!! I'm so happy for her, but whenever I tell my dad to, he gets mad and says FINE I WILL FINE I WILL! but, of course, he doesn't. I'm trying, but it doesn't work.
